Must be at least 18 (Company Policy)
1. Check job assignment sheet for daily duties.
2. Prepare serving line for lunch or breakfast service. Prepare and cook food for lunch or breakfast service.
3. Check quality, temperature and appearance of food, reporting any problems to manager.
4. Serve food from station on serving line using prescribed method of service. Requires using appropriate utensils for proper portion control.
5. Complete all assignments by end of shift. Respond to changes in workload as assigned by manager.
6. Use disposable gloves and hair coverings.
7. Perform dish room duties as assigned, including loading and unloading dishes between various workstations.
8. Clean and sanitize station before leaving area and when needed with approved cleaning solution. Requires working with chemicals approved by the Food Service Department.
9. Implementthe requirements of the National School Lunch Program.
10. Participate in special food service promotions.
11. Participate in continuing education opportunities.

Candidates must pass drug screen and background check. (Convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, company policy does not permit the employment of candidates with some classes/types convictions.)
