Hotel Housekeeping

** Previous housekeeping experience is preferred

Education: Not a factor

Language: No restrictions (All English, all Spanish or both) is required to communicate with clients and staff.

Driver's License: Not required for this position

Requirements:

Physical Stamina And Mobility Including Ability To Reach, Kneel And Bend

Ability To Walk Up And Down Flights Of Stairs Several Times A Day

Ability To Lift, Push And Pull Required Load (Usually About 30lbs)

Must submit to a background check

Duties:

- Restock Room Supplies, Linen, and Carts

- Check All Appliances, Linens, Towels And Fixtures In Rooms Are In Working Order

- Respond To Guest Queries And Requests

- Maintain A High Level Of Customer Service

- Deliver Any Requested Housekeeping Items To Guest Rooms

- Organize And Restock Cart At The End Of The Shift

- Ensure Confidentiality And Security Of Guest Rooms

- Follow All Company Safety And Security Procedures

- Inspect Rooms And Report Any Issues

- Maintenance Safe Workplace Practices

- Maintaining Communication Between All Staff Including Management

- Clean Guest Rooms, Corridors, Stairways, Lounges And Kitchen Areas
