Work Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday; 255-year work agreement (year round)

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building.
Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities.
Secures the building and performs lock-up duties.
Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences.
Communicates with staff and community members using a two-way radio and cell phone.

Qualifications:

Frequent lifting, bending, carrying and moving items up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt, snow removal.
Effectively communicates both written and verbal

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
