| | storage, and handling |

| | techniques. |

| | 2. Must be able to operate large |

| | volume production equipment |

| | safely and properly. |

| | 3. Must understand and practice |

| | good sanitation in the |

| | preparation and serving of |

| | food. |

| | 4. Must be able to understand |

| | written and oral |

| | instructions. |

| | 5. Must be able to interact well |

| | with school personnel, other |

| | food service personnel, |

| | students, and the general |

| | public. |
