Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages; clearly describe daily specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
Anticipate guests' needs and ensure a memorable dining experience
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with tact and efficiency
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service
Work in a team envoronment - we split tips
Knowledge of Italian food and wine pairings
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
