Job DetailsIthaki Estiatorio is a new upscale Hellenic restaurant opening in Chicagos Greektown in Summer 2025. The restaurant will feature a modern main floor space with a full bar and a downstairs cocktail lounge.
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Servers to join our opening team. Two to three years of experience in an upscale or fine-dining setting and a true passion for hospitality are required. Taking pride in your craft and engaging with curiosity will set you up for success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:Effective verbal communication skills
Punctuality and reliability
Participating in all FOH training programs and meeting training expectations
Providing a great service experience and building repeat and referral clientele
Guiding guests with knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
Anticipating guest needs and enhancing the full dining experience
Responsible alcohol service
Following all cash handling procedures accurately
Execution of all opening, closing, and running checklists
Developing and maintaining proficiency in Toast POS system
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Team mentality with the ability to work independently
Delivering professional wine service; Greek wine knowledge is a plus
Experience in event service is a plus
