Job Details As Back Waiter, you will help guests through the dining experience with the serving team. In this role, you must be willing to assist the team by removing all dishes and other items from guests tables, including filling water glasses and other drinks as appropriate.If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
- Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of the guest
- Complete all side work as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests by restaurant standards
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- Active TABC Certificate required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
