Role Summary:
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join me. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of clients' homes. I encourage applications from individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. It also involves sanitizing areas like countertops, sinks, and door handles, as well as cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Additional duties include emptying trash, changing linens and towels, following client preferences, communicating professionally with clients, and reporting maintenance issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in residential cleaning is a plus! Other important skills are strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, time management skills, reliable transportation, and being dependable and punctual. Physical requirements include being able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and being able to stand, kneel, and climb stairs. The role also requires comfort communicating with clients and the ability to pass a background check.
Work Hours:
Part time, weekdays and hours may vary.
Compensation:
$22 an hour plus tips.
