Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to work remotely or within our Murrysville office call center to support multiple Physical Therapy offices.*If you work remotely, you will need to be within driving distance to occasionally attend meetings and other pertinent staff functions within the Murrysville office.

Our Remote Receptionist should be friendly, well-spoken, computer-savvy, and can multitask efficiently. Your role as a remote receptionist is to greet patients checking in for their appointment at a kiosk, which will establish a video call to the remote receptionist. You will guide the patient through the check-in process and upon completion of the check-in, upload their documents into the patient's electronic medical record.

Responsibilities include:

Receive and assist patients as needed
Maintain detailed patient and medical records
Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)
Schedule appointments
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Your goal will be to ensure the smooth workflow of our offices so that our patients receive the best possible care. Shifts include rotating mornings and evenings during the week
