POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to speak, understand, read and write in the English language;

Ability to understand food preparation, safety instructions and sanitary requirements

Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations

Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools.

High School diploma or GED

Food handler certification

Other duties as assigned

Experience/Licenses:

Experience in food service preferred
