THE JOB: As a Busser, you will be essential in crafting an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will play an active role in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that guests are happy and their needs are addressed promptly THE STARTING RATE: $10.80 + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service. Polish flatware and set tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories. Properly fold napkins and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas Monitor table availability and maintain constant communication with Servers, Hosts, and Management to facilitate efficient table turnover Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.
