Tribe Tea Lounge is hiring a bilingual cafe tender with experience in coffee shops, restaurants, or high-end hospitality. This is more than a barista rolewere looking for someone who delivers a top-tier guest experience, similar to a bartender but for kava, tea, and specialty drinks.

Compensation & Perks:

$10$12/hour based on experience

You keep all your tips

Free house drinks and kava during shift

What You'll Do:

Create a premium guest experience with exceptional service and product knowledge

Make and serve drinks with precision, speed, and care

Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and build genuine connections

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area

Set the tone for a high-end, welcoming lounge vibe

What Were Looking For:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (more languages are a plus)

Background in coffee shops, restaurants, or upscale hospitality

Professional, polished, and people-focused

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Comfortable posting and building your Tribe on Social Media.
