Job Overview: Villa Del Sol Condominiums is seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests and owners. You will be the first point of contact, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and acting as the central communication hub for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:
Welcome and check in guests, confirming reservations and verifying identification.
Coordinate with condo owners to keep booking calendars up to date.
Retail Operations:
Process Point of Sale (POS) transactions for the small retail store in our lobby.
Accurately manage a cash drawer.
Administrative Tasks:
Process Homeowners Association (HOA) payments for condo owners.
Generate work orders for the maintenance team.
Act as a communication hub for all departments.
Cleaning Duties:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area as assigned.
Requirements:

Must have availability to work weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook) for managing booking calendars and processing payments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
