Dynamo Room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station District in Manhattan.

The raw bar & grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Hotel Chelsea Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in May 2025.

We are assembling a fantastic team for our new restaurant opening, and wed love for you to be part of this exciting opportunity!

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
  • Verify identification and legal drinking age of all customers appearing under 30 years old
  • Assist guests with menu selections, suggest courses and pairings, explain off-menu dishes, and answer food preparation questions

As a Bartender, you will gain a solid understanding of our service style and company culture.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
