As a Host/Hostess, youll be the first impression of our restaurant. Youll greet guests with a warm welcome, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements to keep the flow of the restaurant running efficiently. If you thrive in a busy environment and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Manage the reservation system and seat guests in an efficient, timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
Assist with managing waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Ensure guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door until they leave.
Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
