FOOD SERVICE WORKERS

SUBSTITUTE FOOD SERVICE WORKERS

Effective for the 2025-2026 School Year

Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Salary - $17.40/hr. - Workers / $17.15/hr. - Substitutes

Essential Functions:

Prepare foods and supplies as directed by the Food Service Director.

Procure foods and supplies from storage areas and return unused portions to storage areas as directed by Food Service Director.

Prepare food, supplies and equipment for movement to and from schools not equipped for complete food preparation.

Follow the Food Service Director's directions for portion size and price.

Conform to the appearance requirements of the department.

Cleaning, safety and sanitation.

Maintain daily production records of food used.

Assist in preparation, service and clean-up for extra-curricular functions (banquets, meetings, etc.)
