Akkodis is seeking a Hospitality Specialist for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY . Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining meeting rooms to client standards and ensuring kitchen areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming. Rate Range: $20/hour to $22/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Hospitality Specialist job responsibilities include: Prepare and reset conference rooms according to client specifications, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use. Greet and assist clients in kitchen and meeting areas, responding promptly to service requests with professionalism. Receive, organize, and distribute kitchen supplies while maintaining accurate documentation. Conduct regular inspections of floors and rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and adherence to standards. Perform light cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and assisting with multiple tasks as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in a client-facing environment.
