The CPI Group is looking for individuals to perform Custodial duties in Starkville, MS from 4am to 1pm & 12:30pm to 9pm. Applicants must be available to work weekends as needed. Pay is $10/hr.
Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, and scrubbing floors
Cleaning windows, mirrors, walls, doors and other building surfaces
Cleaning, waxing and buffing floors
Collecting trash and emptying into trash containers
Dusting and polishing furniture
Reporting any repairs that need to be made to furniture, fixtures etc.
May be changing light bulbs at times and vacuuming carpets
Regularly involves lifting, bending or other physical exertion. Often exposed to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.
Job frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing or balancing, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and lifting 25+ pounds.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
