**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
+ Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service.
+ Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.
+ Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
+ Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, as needed.
+ Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed.
+ Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel.
+ Ensure safety measures are followed for area.
+ Available to work on a regular basis.
**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:**
+ One year hotel bellperson experience preferred.
+ Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
+ Ability to communicate in English.
