• Provideamazing service for our guests while working the bar with a smile
• Display a friendly and tactful communication style that allows you to deal with all guests in a positive manner
• Follow established procedures and processes forexecuting drink orders,cash handlingand guest recovery
• Step into any support role and maintain harmonious relationships with other support team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience
• Demonstrate receptiveness to obtain an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the community, to share information with guests
• Accept feedback and coaching regularly from beverage and culinary leaders
• Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the bar area and maintaining impeccable order and organization

Recipe for Success:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’experience
• Possessa passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
• Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge for specialty cocktails, beer and wineand basic cocktail mixology techniques
• Possess a friendly attitude, a team approachandpatience with ever changing business levels
• Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area
• Excel in an environment with varied tasks in a steadyor fast, even pace
• Demonstrate a proven ability to multitask with an emphasis on efficiencies in the service experience
• Work within established standards and procedures
• Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
