**JOB SUMMARY**

A Prep Cook is responsible for executing food service for the Day Lodge

menu. Prep Cooks will prepare, cook, plate or package (for To-Go orders)

for the Pub.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Prepares, cooks, plates, presents and/or packages To-Go food orders

for the Lodge guests off the Lodge Menu.

- Assist with set up and break down of kitchen service areas.

- Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.

- Assist with stocking and cleaning related work areas including

kitchen, service, beverage, and storage areas.

- Must be willing to cross train as a Cashier.

**OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Must be available during your scheduled shift to help other

departments during peak demand hours or in instances of staff

shortages in other departments.

Position Requirements

**EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING:**

High school degree or equivalent required.

One year experience in a commercial kitchen.

Food Handlers Card.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**

Prep Cooks are required to be on their feet for most of their shifts.

You must be able to lift heavy objects including trays, dishes, and

supplies.

employee or that are not used in accordance with prescribing standards.
