Its five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940s inspired cafe on the ground level to a seductive Miami-style rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

+ Available to work shifts from 5am-1pm, with flexibility, on a regular basis.

+ Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as ensuring company standards are met.

+ Ensure customer service standards are

+ Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.

+ Complete all side-work as outlined in the hotels operating policies and procedures.

+ Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.

+ Report all communication to shift supervisor.

+ Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:**

+ One year hotel in room dining experience preferred.

+ Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.

+ Ability to communicate in English.

+ Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs., at a continuous schedule.

+ Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30lbs.

+ Food handler certification.

+ Liquor certification.
