Qualifications:

Ability to effectively deal withinternal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels ofpatience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information andresolve.

Ability to understand and followdirections.

Excellent customer service skills.

Hotel experience is preferred, notrequired.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for greeting customersimmediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.

Will use a positive and clearspeaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriateaction, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and localattractions.

Completing required shiftpaperwork, reports assigned by General Manager, and end of shift cash closingprocedures.

Creating guest reservation,completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.

Shifts: Must be available 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM
