Located on Ross Clark Circle, the DoubleTree by Hilton Dothan is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic F&B team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier hotel and elevate the dining experience for our guests.

As Food and Beverage Manager, youll take full ownership of our hotels restaurant, bar, banquet service, and in-room dining operations. Your leadership will inspire excellencefrom ensuring top-notch service to crafting memorable culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service

• Overseeing daily operations across breakfast, dinner, bar, and banquet services

• Creating menus and managing recipes, inventory, and cost control

• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local food safety regulations

• Scheduling staff based on business demand while managing labor and food costs

• Training, mentoring, and supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house staff

• Conducting daily walkthroughs to maintain high operational standards

• 4+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management (preferred)

• Well-rounded knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Valid Manager Food Handling Certification

• A team player with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A proactive, guest-centric attitude with a passion for excellence
