RESPONSBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Perform other duties as specified by the supervisor/leadership team.
