Are you a skilled and passionate maintenance professional looking to

- Take the lead in supervising a team of maintenance technicians to

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the

as needed

- Efficiently coordinate and oversee contractor work along with

maintenance projects.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment

inventory

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent

issues

- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment

downtime

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

**Qualifications**

- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance role, ideally within the

hospitality industry

- Solid technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing

systems

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

simultaneously

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,

and holidays
