opening for a **Maintenance Tech I - Janitor.**\

**Position Summary:**\
\
Performs maintenance tasks assigned by the Maintenance Lead.\
\
**Responsibilities:**
- Receives work assignments from Maintenance Lead persons.
- Performs the cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, offices, public
areas, break rooms and cafeteria.
- Maintains, and insures a clean and orderly work area and that all
maintenance actions are accomplished in a safe manner.
- Ensure all hazardous materials are properly labeled, stored, and
handled for proper disposal.
- Other duties as assigned.
