The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a
good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great
dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with
professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all
while following company rules and safety guidelines.
**KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Guest Service & Hospitality:**Provide a warm, friendly, and
professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders
accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- **Food & Beverage Expertise:**Maintain a strong knowledge of the
menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and
alcohol service guidelines.
- **Order Accuracy & Efficiency:**Take and deliver food and beverage
orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Multi-tasking & Organization:**Manage multiple tables while
maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables
for the next guests. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- **POS System & Cash Handling:**Process payments, close checks, and
ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and
security guidelines.
- **Cleanliness & Compliance:**Follow food safety and hygiene
regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply
with alcohol and food handling certifications.
- **Physical Stamina:**Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift
and carry objects (2050 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive
motions.
