Position : Fine Dining Server

Job Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service.
• Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests and promptly checking for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience, adhering to the cafe's high standards.
• Perform essential duties including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in line with health standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, specials, and the cafe's unique offerings to make informed recommendations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings.

Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent in Englis h
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
