Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. PayMinimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 $88,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. - Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency

- Foster a culture of positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally.
- Assist with administrative duties, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and financial oversight
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar upscale dining environment; previous experience with new restaurant operations, including training, motivating, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures
- ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and ServSafe Alcohol certifications required
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with PLs, budgeting, and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Experience managing large-scale restaurants is a plus
