Housekeeper

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2025 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER)

Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Islands' only full service, casual resort is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Housekeeper. This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will have at least one year of housekeeping experience, possess an upbeat attitude, and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Housekeepers work with the Housekeeping team to provide Mission Point Resort guests with an exceptional guest service experience. The Housekeeper's primary role is to ensure a consistently clean, orderly and attractive environment within all guest rooms and guest areas. The Housekeeper works closely with the Houseman and Housekeeping supervisor. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or related experience preferred
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping processes and procedures
• Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
