Barback

The Barback position supports the Bartenders in delivering exceptional service to guests in all Food and Beverage venues at Old Edwards Hospitality Group. This role ensures bars remain fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service, contributing to a smooth and efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout shift
• Cleaning and organizing bar areas, including countertops, sinks, and equipment
• Emptying trash and keeping bar areas free of clutter
• Assisting with preparation of garnishes and bar setup before service
• Supporting Bartenders during high-volume periods
• Checking and maintaining inventory levels
• Following ABC regulations and company safety standards
• Assisting with bar closing procedures including restocking and cleaning
• Helping with keg changes and restocking ice bins
• Maintaining a positive and team-focused attitude
• Responding promptly to Bartender or Manager requests

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
