Utility Worker - Meter Reader

Our client, a leading service provider in the utilities sector, is seeking a Utility Worker - Meter Reader to join their team. As a Utility Worker - Meter Reader, you will be part of the operations team supporting essential services in the community. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Utility Worker - Meter Reader

Location: Pensacola, FL

Pay Rate:$15/hr

What's the Job?

• Accurately read and record utility meters for billing purposes.
• Conduct routine inspections of meters and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries regarding their utility services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of meter readings and service requests.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of utility meters as needed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of utility services and meter operations.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
