- Interact heavily with residents.
- Greet and welcome residents.
- Provide exceptional service to our residents.
- Handles all residents requests and enter work orders.
- Monitor all lobby activities and announcing guests.
- Answering telephone and intercom.
- 2+ years of experience in luxury buildings preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Prior experience in luxury buildings is helpful.
- Strong inter-personal skills as this position requires heavy interactions with residents.
- Comfortable using different computer software and programs to enter work orders, log packages, and view cameras.
- Ability to answer calls professionally and assist callers with their needs.
