Work Related Experience, Skills, Abilities

• Preferred- Successful maintenance/cleaning experience
• Preferred- Skills, abilities, experiences in light maintenance, inspections, general cleaning, management of personnel
• The ideal candidate will have abilities to positively communicate, collaborate and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning- (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and other general cleaning)
  • Administrative offices and areas, kitchen, storage closets, café dining areas, daily kitchen and dining garbage removal, etc.)
  • Other areas as needed or directed throughout the school day to include cafeteria, bathrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and gym
• Stocking (Re-stock and re-order towels, hand soap, toilet tissue, trash liners, etc.)
• Light maintenance- Changing light bulbs, moving furniture, unloading trucks, and other requests as needed by school administration.
• Inspections/Reporting- Inspect night shift cleaning, reporting deficiencies to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by administration
• Ability to perform any physical duties associated with this position (e.g., lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, sitting for long periods of time, walking, seeing, standing for extended periods of time, etc.).
