A Budtender/Delivery Drivers main responsibility is providing superior Customer service, facilitating efficient sales transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations with regards to performing deliveries and satisfying Customer needs. Educating Customers, listening with empathy, showing compassion, and understanding while facilitating a successful purchase/transaction
Budtenders are responsible for communicating with management to ensure smooth daily operations based on their specific Store schedule and operations. Budtenders must adhere to Company policies and act with integrity under the direct supervision of the Store Management team. Budtenders will comply with all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of Cannabis and non- Cannabis products.

Sales & Profitability
o Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the Customer through conversation and exceptional service.
o Enhance the Store environment and atmosphere by focusing on Customer interactions over tasks.
o Exhibit excellence floor presence by following Customer standards, product placement and time management.
o Prioritizes product knowledge as a main component of service and actively engages in all store training to ensure continued and ongoing education as it relates to product and service.
o Prioritizes and communicates department insights to the Direct Supervisor.
o Assists team to uphold Company Customer service standards.
o Enhance the Delivery environment and atmosphere by focusing on Customer interactions over tasks.
o Supports designated promotions and GWPs to drive growth of business and Customer engagement.
o Follows the centralized calendar of designated brand demos, training, and in-store events with peers to elevate personal product knowledge and Customer engagement.
People & Teamwork
o Work productively within the team by and take initiative to work with others towards a common, collaborative goal.
o Actively seek out development opportunities to learn and grow.
o Assist in the training and development of peers.
Communication
o Lead with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

o Actively participates in daily, Department and Store meetings.
Delivery Job Overview
o Loading, transporting, and delivering items to Customers.
o Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the Customer is satisfied.
o Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
o Accepting payments for delivered items.
o Providing excellent Customer service, by answering questions or handling Customer issues.
o Adhering to assigned routes and following shift schedule, including designated meal breaks.
o Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Reception Job Overview
o Provide patients with an outstanding experience during their visit
o Act as the gatekeeper for the front door only allowing in patients who present a government issued photo identification
o Checking-in customers
o Answer phones and provide basic information to patients
o Take patient orders via the phone, reduce to writing and supply to sales team
o Assist with basic cleaning and housekeeping duties
o Assist with end of day inventory counts and reconciliation
o Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management
Additional Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old.
Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 6 mos-1 year experience as a Driver in a Dispensary.
Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Customer service in a retail environment.
Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Cannabis Dispensary as a Budtender.
Willing to cross-train and work more than one position - i.e. budtending & reception, driving & reception, security & reception
Valid Drivers License
Insured as a driver.
No DUIs
Reports all driving violations from any state or municipalities to store leadership.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional cannabis Store environment.
This role routinely uses standard office and Store equipment such as computers, phones, printers, POS.
This position regularly requires working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the Employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear.
While performing the duties of this job the Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and required to lift a min of 50lbs.
