Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and motivated 2nd shift Lead ResidentialConcierge to join our team. This position is responsible for leading theconcierge team at a residential property, serving as the face of the lobby, andacting as the right-hand support to the client and leasing team. The idealcandidate will have experience leading a team, managing front desk operations,and providing exceptional service to residents and guests. A strongadministrative skill set is also essential for handling emails, documentation,and daily communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and set an examplefor the concierge team in professionalism, customer service, and performance

Greet all residents, guests, andvisitors warmly and maintain a welcoming lobby environment

Work closely with the client andleasing office to understand daily activities, appointments, and visitorschedules

"Own the lobby" bystaying informed of who is arriving, expected guests, and client-relatedappointments

Oversee front desk operationsincluding visitor management, access control, and package handling

Conduct routine property roundsand respond promptly to safety or security concerns

Handle administrative tasks suchas emails, logging information, and filing as required

Communicate effectively withclients, residents, MFort supervisors, and team members

Enforce company policies, sitepost orders, and standard operating procedures

Perform other duties as assignedby site management or MFort leadership

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or GEDrequired

Must have a valid Illinois PERCcard and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)

Minimum 2 years of residentialconcierge or front desk leadership experience

Strong leadership, customerservice, and communication skills

Comfortable with administrativetasks including email correspondence and documentation

Ability to multitask, remaincomposed under pressure, and independently manage responsibilities

Capable of standing and walkingfor extended periods

Must pass a drug screening andbackground check

Schedule & Compensation:

Shift : Wednesday- Sunday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour
