Team Member, Restaurant/Food Service

Potbelly Sandwich Shop - 4430 Fox Valley Center Drive [Restaurant Associate / Crew Member] As a Team Member at Potbelly Sandwich Shop, you'll:
Prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc;
Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety in the shop;
Maintain personal hygiene standards, including wearing a clean Potbelly uniform;
Work multiple stations to load, dress, shake, cash, prep, and front as directed by the manager or shift leader;
Effectively handle customer complaints/issues;
Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
