Bartender Golden Pineapple

The Golden Pineapple, a West Asheville neighborhood bar who is Living Wage Certified, is looking for a full time craft cocktail bartender(4-5 days a week). This is a full time job with 2 consecutive days off and we do not schedule over 40 hours. Nights and weekends are required. Tips are pooled, there is a base hourly wage and tip-out with weekly cash tips in hand.
We are looking for someone who has a foundation in classic cocktails, standard steps of service, a positive attitude, willingness to help one another when needed, and just a general chill vibe. We have a full cocktail, wine, beer and food menu with the expectation to have knowledge in all that we offer. We encourage open dialogue and contributions to our menus. Duties include craft cocktail bartending, engaging hospitality, light prep, helping with dishes, running food, opening and closing, and just be chill to work with.
