SERVERS and BARTENDERS - New restaurant opening in River Arts District

Crusco is a new restaurant guided by seasons, farms and ingredients. Were committed to thoughtful cooking, honest hospitality, and a constantly evolving menu that reflects curiosity, restraint and place.

Servers at Crusco are responsible for providing thoughtful, attentive service and contributing to a smooth, professional dining experience. This role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of food and wine, and the ability to work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Servers should be comfortable explaining a seasonal, evolving menu and maintaining a calm, welcoming presence in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
Communicate the evolving menu with confidence, highlighting seasonal ingredients and preparation
Collaborate with the kitchen and wine team to stay informed on daily changes and recommendations
Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs with attention to detail and timing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the dining room
Support opening, closing, and side work procedures as directed
Uphold Cruscos standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
Respond thoughtfully to guest feedback and resolve any concerns with poise
Contribute positively to team culture and communication across all departments

Additional Bartender Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages consistently and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding area
Ensure proper setup, restocking, and breakdown of the bar before and after service

Qualifications:
13 years of experience in a similar or ambitious environment
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits (Especially for Bartender)
A positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a small team and adapt in a fluid environment
A passion for hospitality and an eagerness to learn and grow
Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service (e.g., ABC permit)
