**Job Description**

This position involves executing the final cleaning scope for a newly constructed data center. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of server racks and the facility, ensuring that all areas are swept, mopped, dusted, and sanitized. The role requires comfort with working at heights and handling cleaning tasks in a commercial or industrial construction environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Wipe down server racks and ensure they are dust-free.

+ Sweep, mop, and dust the facility to maintain a clean environment.

+ Perform cleaning tasks at heights when necessary.

+ Execute accurate compliance processes as part of Amazon's standards.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in cleaning and housekeeping within commercial or industrial settings.

+ Ability to sanitize various areas effectively.

+ Proficiency in operating scissor lifts, with lift certification required.

+ Familiarity with construction sites and practices.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior cleaning experience is essential, ideally in commercial or industrial environments.

+ Janitorial or sanitation experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience with direct interactions is advantageous.

+ Experience with buffers or other cleaning equipment is a bonus.

**Work Environment**

The work hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to wear jeans and steel toe boots, with all other personal protective equipment supplied. The work takes place in a dynamic data center environment, demanding attention to detail and compliance with safety standards.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, Ohio.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
