Part Time Dining Server Opportunity!

We have two opportunities as a Server: 2 days per week 7:00am to 2:30pm OR 4:30pm to 7:30pm 3-4 days a week. Both positions include every other weekend. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guest cleans and organizes all

dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed; handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and

assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures. Assists in drink and

food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the

dining areas. Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the

residents

• Maintains clean, neat and safe working environment.
• Assures that Resident food needs and preferences are known and presents a positive atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff during meal service.
• Adheres to all established policies and procedures.
• Avoids loss, breakages and waste of supplies and equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, worker safety and other emergency procedures.
• Maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards in order to assure compliance with governmental

regulations.

• Performs other duties/tasks as may be assigned to include food preparation and cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

• Have experience in senior living or similar environment.
• Serving experience preferred but not required
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
• Good Communication Skills
