full time (temporary) Catering Dishwashers. Wash dishes, glassware,
flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen
work areas, event site, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly
condition. Prepare dishes, glassware, flatware, serving utensils and
service equipment by packing in totes for transport to and from event
site. Set up and take down service equipment at event site. Place clean
dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas after event.
Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing them in designated pickup
areas. Sweep and wash floors. Rotating work days, shifts and days off.
35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 11:00pm. Includes
weekends, nights, and holidays. Daily transportation to and from primary
worksite (467 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA) is not provided.
Transportation to event/job sites located within a 30 mile radius of
primary worksite in the Outer Cape towns of Provincetown, Truro,
Wellfleet, Eastham, and Orleans, Massachusetts will be provided in
company vehicles. On-the-job training is provided. Wage: \$17.64-\$17.65
per hour, paid weekly. Overtime may be available at \$26.46-\$26.47 per
hour. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form
of a discretionary end of employment term bonus, depending on employer
profitability, employee performance, and whether employee completed the
employment period. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary
and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be
performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday between the
hours of 6:00AM and 11:00PM. Example shift: 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Shift
duration may vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
Housing is not offered. All deductions from paycheck required by law
will be made. The employer guarantees to oer work for hours equal to at
least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total
employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all
tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers
will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,
border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by
government (excluding passport fees). If the worker completes 50% of the
work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse
workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment
to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the
worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers
reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or
to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the
worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another
