Job Summary Details:
The Lead Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of prior work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets
- Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts
- Ensure baggage tags are correct
- Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags
- Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers
- Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations
