We are looking for a busy bee to keep the hotel running at tip top shape. The Bellman will be in charge of keeping the hotel clean, stocked, and helping guests.

Cleaning may be sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors. Must be able to lift and caring up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Know and adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
-Answers all bell calls from front desk, delivering items requested to guest rooms or conference center.
-Bring delivered items to proper storage, checking invoice to ensure all items are accounted for.
-Check storage rooms for trash and dirty linens and take to proper areas.
-Maintain outside of buildings i.e. sweeping, shoveling, trash receptacles, general litter.
-Deliver items as needed to guest.
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person
-Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.. Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong Guest Service Skills
• Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
