**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical certifications or licenses are a plus
