Job Overview:
As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Team Leadership:
- Train restaurant staff.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Guest Experience:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with seating and table management.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take steps to improve service.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Financial Management:
- Control costs and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and manage labor costs.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification (required).
- TIPS Certification (preferred).
