• Has finished high school education.
• Has excellent oral communication skills.
• Must have good listening and understanding skills.
• Is able to carry three plates without using a tray.
• Can handle being on their feet for 4 hours or more.
• Is a team player, we use a tip pool system
• Has basic knowledge of food preparation, wines, bourbons and cocktails
• General knowledge of reservation programs and how to navigate them. Limewater uses RESY.
• Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts
• Proper etiquette while speaking over the phone with guests.

Compensation: Weekly ($4.00) plus tips
