Housekeeping Work Leader
The Housekeeping Work Leader is responsible for overseeing and participating in the daily cleaning operations of the Sewell and West Deptford offices. This role provides leadership and guidance to housekeeping team members, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet established standards. The Work Leader proactively inspects all areas of the facility, identifying issues and ensuring a consistently clean and safe environment. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday from 1PM-10PM.

Team Leadership & Oversight
- Train team members on cleaning processes, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Operational Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks within assigned zones
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Communicate with the PM Outside Service Team to verify compliance and inventory levels
- Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and coordinate with Executive Administration Manager on supply orders
- Identify problem areas and implement corrective actions
- Take on additional duties as assigned

Specific vision abilities necessary for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
