JOIN US AS A CLEANER!

Weavers Way Co-op is looking for an energetic, community-oriented and experienced individual to work as a Cleaner in our Ambler location. This is a part-time position, with an anticipated 19 hours per week or less being scheduled on Saturday 7am-3pm and Sunday 8am-4pm. If you have experience working in a team setting, have a high standard of cleanliness and want to get involved with your community, then we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and shelves.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Washing and drying windows.
• Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
• Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
• Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

• Saturday 7am-3pm and Sunday 8am-4pm availability
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• The ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Be, or become upon hiring, a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-op
